The SAVI Group was founded by Santiago Vitagliano in 2002 to channel his family’s investments into real estate assets in US and later diversified into private equity transactions in healthcare, quantum encryption technologies, social capital and non-profit charitable contributions. Subsequently, Mr. Vitagliano partnered with other limited partners into strategically deploying capital through his origination capacity as well as affiliation with seasoned operators such a Exeter Property Group, ProLegacy Funds, Innovatus Capital Partners, Elandis, CounterPointe Sustainable Real Estate, Accountable Healthcare America and Extra Corporeal Solutions to name a few. Additionally Mr. Vitagliano has an active role in non- profit a charitable work with Angel Flights, iDo and Manave. SAVI either aims to joint venture with seasoned institutional asset managers with unique proprietary deal flow or capital structures and co-invest along their side and/or acquire undervalued investment opportunities at the right point in the life and market cycles across different sub-sectors. We provide proprietary deal flow and diversification to investors, and we act as the Asset Manager in our consortiums’ behalf without the downside of conventional real estate or private equity funds allowing us to present a differentiated unique totally transparent value proposition.
