The School Directory

The School Directory is an online database of non-permanent teachers, SNAs and school suppliers. Our website aims to connect substitute teachers and SNAs with schools for free through a unique profile where users upload their CV, Vetting and other relevant documents, along with a calendar to highlight their short term availability. For schools, it simplifies the search for Principals when finding substitutes and gives them all the information they require at the click of a mouse. For businesses, it give you the opportunity to share your products/services directly with schools. Businesses build a unique profile, uploading brochures, work samples etc, and have the ability to receive reviews from schools or educators they have worked with. The School Directory was founded in 2016 by Patrick & Ann-Marie O'Connell. Both Patrick & Ann-Marie work in the education sector in Ireland. Patrick is Principal of a large rural school in Cork while Ann-Marie works as a post-primary Business teacher in Cork City.
