The Scottish Fishmonger

We are a traditional fishmongers with a modern twist. We supply to some of Scotlands finest hotels and restaurants. An average day starts at 3am with the delivery of fresh line caught fish, creel caught lobsters and crab as well as hand dived scallops all sourced from our day boats throughout Scotland. Our time served fishmongers hand cut everything as every one of our fish comes in whole so that we can confirm its freshness and take time and care in the preparation of each one for our chefs. We know the name of the fishing boat and in many cases the skippers name too, where the vessel has been and for how long using our linked GPS with each of our boats. We know what was caught and when it was landed, we can also tell you who filleted and prepared your fish giving you complete tractability.
