The Seeking Help Project
The Seeking Help Project assists front line service providers with mental health and addictions. We understand the unique challenges of being a service provider working the front lines and the stresses that goes along with it. The project was created as a response to the lack of supports available to front line service providers who experience issues such as burn out, residual trauma, substance use, diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health problems. We recognize that the core of any agency is the people who work within them. We believe strongly that healthier front line workers means healthier communities. By providing case management, peer support, mediation, education and outreach, we know we can make workplaces safer and greatly improve the mental health of our community’s hero’s.
