The Self Inside Llc

The Self Inside is a safe space for black women to come and be themselves. In many spaces in the world, black women may feel like they need to need act or behave in a certain way to be accepted or successful. Within The Self Inside, the only requirement is to be yourself. The Self Inside believes that in order to understand current behavior and responses to self and others, the past needs to be processed and released. Here at the Self inside, through individual therapy, support groups, and workshops, you can explore your past and see how it is affecting the way you are showing up in your life. We are here to get you back to YOU!
