The Shadmoor

The Shadmoor is the fulfilling of a childhood dream of the owners. Friends from the Collage of Hospitality and Catering, both in the restaurant industry since. Want to share with all their guests a part of their service culture which they are so attached to. They want to deliver an authentic experience for all the senses! The name comes from ninety-nine acre Shadmoor State Park, located one quarter-mile east of Montauk Village, where they caught their first waves. The Shadmoor wants to offer a relaxed, warm and inviting place for anyone who wants to escape briefly from daily life and experience a little taste of nautical decor combine with fresh seafood. Over the past two years, the deeply installed The Shadmoor's philosophy was personified by its Patrons.
