The Sin Gusano Project

The Sin Gusano project is working for the wider understanding and preservation of artisanal agave distillates - broadly known as Mezcal. In 2017 we opened Londons first specialist agave bar, Sin Gusano: a pop-up concept that spanned multiple locations over the following 3 years, until the pandemic closed the hospitality industry. Each year we travel the mezcal producing regions of Mexico to hand source the most fascinating of mico-batch agave spirits for import to the UK. When each batch is gone, it's gone. This highly unusual model means our range of products lives in continuous evolution. In 2020 the project launched the world's first agave spirits subscription club, the Mezcal Appreciation Society. We offer mezcal tasting and education experiences, both at the bar and in remote locations (offices. galleries, homes, etc). Think the best of a wine and whisky tasting combined!
