The Solution Associates, Inc.(TSA) was founded in 1987 to provide different ways to solve small to mid-size business customers' technology challenges. Our mission is to help businesses utilize technology profitably and efficiently. We accomplish this through a three-phase process - analysis, design, and implementation. During the analysis process we focus on your business' needs. Our consultants find the underlying opportunity for improvement and look at the situation as would a partner in the company. We constantly insure that the solution has a significant and real return on investment. We obtain productivity gains, increased sales, decreased costs and look for locked-up working capital. Our design phase is a partnership. We create a “proof of concept” version of the solution for our client's review. In this way, we can receive our client's creative feedback and suggestions to further develop the solution into an easy, usable form. We are committed to delivering the desired results to the satisfaction of the owner's interests and the people that will use the product. Unlike many consulting companies that just tell you what you need, we assist the client in implementing the changes and solutions we have created.
