The Solutions Focus has developed a methodology which can be applied to coaching, team leadership and consultancy. It works particularly well with complex, people-related problems such as managing change, making quality/service improvements, integrating acquisitions/mergers or transforming the corporate culture. The firm provides coaching, training and consultancy, using this approach to help individuals and teams achieve the outcomes they want. Instead of focusing on the problem, we concentrate on developing a ‘solution’ by identifying what’s wanted and engaging what already works. This helps coaches and consultants to improve the way they work with clients; leaders to create a vision, inspire their team and transform results; managers to improve efficiency and boost performance/morale and trainers and facilitators to run more engaging and enjoyable events.
