Hyper focus and sensitivity to incoherent stimuli - examples of traits that are found in a significant number of people on the autism spectrum, and also traits that are ideal prerequisites for domains like software testing. Yet most applicants with autism have never received a job acceptance letter, largely because of their (justified) lack of fundamental technical experience and their inability to perform in formal interview settings. Our goal is to break down these barriers via core-skill training and market connections, and help potential employees monetize their superpowers.
