It started with a question. What if we could make business education radically accessible — not for the elite, but for the everyday entrepreneur, civil servant, or community leader trying to make their city better? Some of us had incredible luck in life in being able to pay the entry fees to attend universities and business schools around the world. Most people don't. So. No big budget. No trendy tech stack. Just people, purpose, and a belief that knowledge should move as fast as innovation — and reach those who need it most. And armed with an amazing bunch of phenomenal experts and friends who contributed their time. We didn’t set out to build one of the largest online academies focused on territorial development, entrepreneurship and upskilling. But slowly, city by city, country by country, something unexpected happened. A mayor in a small African town used one of our courses to design a new strategy for youth employment. A young entrepreneur in a Latin American city used our tools to turn a small food stand into a growing business. A young lady in Afghanistan found the hope to keep going on her journey to have a better life. Civil servants in Eastern Europe learned how to navigate digital transformation with confidence. And now — almost 5 years later — we’re active in 455 cities across 29 countries. We still don’t have flashy campaigns or billion-dollar backing. We still don't do any social media. What we do have is a tribe: Of learners who are hungry to make a difference Of cities that are embracing change Of people who believe innovation should serve everyone, not just the few This isn’t about vanity metrics. It’s about showing that if you stay true to your mission — and if you put humans at the center of your work — the impact will follow. We're just getting started. And we’re still asking that same question: What if…?
