The Stigma-Free Zone

The Stigma-Free Zone A platform and initiative concerned with everything related to psychology, from behavior to practical guidance on relationships, mental health, and addiction, and is the first of its kind in Iraq. TSFZ's name was chosen following one of our main goals, which is to remove the stigma from people who suffer from mental illnesses and the stigma associated with visiting psychiatrists in Iraqi culture. TSFZ Goals - Educating and preparing the Iraqi community psychologically by sharing psychological scientific content in enjoyable and practical ways through digital content, articles, and sessions- Providing psychological support and counseling (psychological first aid) by listening and giving advice (containment)- Providing psychological development with coaching and counseling for individuals and teams by specialists, without addressing topics outside the framework of psychiatry that requires prescribing medications.
