The Strategy Edge is led by Ian Robinson, a strategy consultant with over 20+ years’ experience. Ian began his strategic planning journey whilst working as part of the leadership team for Renault-Nissan’s global business improvement team, where he helped align the plans and work of a global organisation around five key strategic goals. Since 2008, Ian has been sharing that experience with a variety of other sectors, helping organisations large and small to develop and drive forward their strategic plans. Over that time, Ian has become recognised as a world-leading practitioner in applying Lean/Hoshin Kanri based Strategic Planning in high-performance and dynamic environments.
