We choose to offer individualized program design because we feel it is the most efficient process by which we can help you achieve success. However, hiring a coach does not always guarantee success. The relationship between coach and client is crucial when it comes to getting the most out of your fitness journey. While it is quite important for us to understand and trust you as as our client, it is even more important for you to understand and trust us as your coach.
