The Stretch Space is a one-on-one stretch therapy and breathwork studio by Kits Beach in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Our passion is movement education. Our goal is to help people move better, more often and with more joy. We accomplish this through Stretch Therapy (FST), Movement Training and Breathwork.
