Welcome to the LinkedIn page of The Student Property Monthly. We’re thrilled to launch this student run paper to help connect those from all years with the industry, through engaging interviews with experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Included in each issue will be topics that are shaping the world of the built environment, both currently and looking into future trends. We also will be catching up with alumni, exploring the journey of their careers after leaving Brookes. The concept of the SPM originated in a beer garden! After a difficult past two years where lockdown has affected all aspects of our lives, especially university life, we are keen to get back to where we were before the pandemic. With the launch of the Student Property Monthly, its an opportunity to ‘Build Back Better’! Our aim is to create valuable monthly issues that will help you engage with the industry, but also to let you know about upcoming webinar series from companies that may assist you in your coursework or dissertation. As this paper is in its infancy we look forward to the future potential it holds and we hope to utilise this platform to help you make the most out of the course.
