I am a local Virginian, born and raised in Louisiana, looking to not only provide you with the authentic taste of Pecan Pralines but also build relationships that go beyond the connection of your hunger. I’ve been making pecan pralines for a few years during the holidays. But until a co-worker of mine talked about her trips to New Orleans, I decided to make some for everyone. The response was what I needed in reminding me of just how much I miss being home as do many of us who have migrated here from what we call: The Boot.
