We are The SUP Life. We love being out on the water, and Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fun and inclusive way that people of all abilities can enjoy the beautiful inland waterways of the UK. We're based on the River Thames at The Swan at Streatley and The Great House in Sonning. Paddleboarding is an awesome antidote to hectic indoor lives, it offers connection with nature and brings incredible mental & physical health benefits. We offer a range of paddleboarding activities including SUP Lessons, SUP Yoga, Adventure Days and SUP Team Building. Our full day SUP Adventure packages provide a fantastic team-building activity for leaders looking to get remote teams together in a memorable and meaningful way. With BSUPA certified founders and instructors that really embody the SUP life, we’re committed to help you enjoy the fastest growing sport in the UK in the most enjoyable and safest way as possible.
