The Swiss Side Iten is a Training Center located in the heart of Iten, Kenya. The climatic (18 - 25 degrees) and topographic conditions (2'400m / 7'850 ft) offered by this place all year round are perfect for endurance's sports training. Within our center you will find some recovery facilities such as a professional cryotherapy bath, massage area, electro-stimulation, massage rolls and more. The Swiss Side is a place to relax, and we aim for you to feel at home. Our Rooftop will allow you to enjoy a fresh fruit juice with a view, enjoying a running book from our Running library. During your stay, you will also enjoy the organized events : Open-air Cinema, core training classes, sports' tournaments and more. At The Swiss Side Shop, we propose you some services such as bike rentals (MTB, Road and Gravel), car rental as well as a tours & travels agency around Iten and in whole Kenya (Maasai Mara National Park, Nakuru National Park, Mount Elgon), in order you to know the country in the best possible way.
