The Systems Sanctuary

The Systems Sanctuary is a support system for leaders transforming systems. We work alongside changemakers, networks, and movements at the forefront of systems transformation, offering coaching, training, field-building, and collective learning rooted in feminist, rematriative, and systems-informed practice. We partner with foundations, NGOs, intermediaries, and ecosystem collaborators to build the capacity for long-term, equitable, and coherent change. Our work integrates strategy, inner development, and shared learning to help leaders align values with action and vision with execution. At the heart of our approach is culture. We nurture relational ecosystems that center equity, care, healing, and coherence. We hold space with humility and depth, and we bring strategic clarity, systems thinking, and lived experience into every engagement.
