The Tavenner Agency is an insurance brokerage firm specializing in Life, LTC, Annuity and Disability. Our roots in the insurance industry go back to 1940, when William F. Tavenner started his career with Farms and Traders Insurance Company. William secured a second contract in the early 50's, in order to offer coverage to an individual declined by Farmers and Traders. This was the beginning of our brokerage services. Since then our firm has added additional contracts with industry leading insurers. We have aligned ourselves with a marketing organization whose members share similar background and history with brokerage services. Our affiliation with this group offers us access to quality insurance products, independent contractors specializing in underwriting and case design, as well as technology resource we share with financial professional who works with us including social media content, CRM systems, encrypted email services, electronic application submission, and various sales presentation solutions.
