The Tech Assistant is a door to door training and assistance company that allows for anyone to learn something new, or to finally fix something that has been bugging them for months or years! Our skilled technicians offer an "all you can eat" style service where you can ask for assistance with any technical problem, whether it be on your - Computer - Tablet - Phone - Printer - TV - and anything else you have! You can also ask for training in a "1 on 1" style, or inquire about the many classes we offer, to see if they will be happening in your area. Training can be on anything you like from learning how social media works, to replacing a hard drive in a computer. Our business is primarily targeting elderly people in retirement villages (which is where most of our public classes are held) as we've found that most tech companies don't have the patience.
