The Termo Company is an independent California based company that specializes in oil and gas exploration and production with operated properties in California, Wyoming and Louisiana. Over the years, our success has been gained through a focused process of acquisition and exploration. The company has interest in many of the most prolific oil and gas basins in the United States. We are actively looking for projects and participation opportunities throughout the United States and continue to pursue acquisitions and joint-ventures in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Texas. In addition we own extensive mineral acreage and strong income producing royalty interest throughout the country including the Appalachian, DJ, Barnett, and Bakken areas. Founded in 1933 by E.E. Combs and Roscoe Oaks and headquartered in Long Beach, California, The Termo Company is a mid-size privately-owned fourth-generation family company.
