The Therapy Centre

We care about your mental health and well-being. We are a centre of excellence comprised of dedicated clinicians including psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists and a dietitian. We are a full-service practice that works with children, teens, adults, seniors, couples and families. We accurately assess and competently treat a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioural issues. Our clinicians have been trained in empirically validated treatment models. We can help.
