The Third Zone – a Zone of Twilight or Highlight? Often being asked the question “What is The Third Zone?” the answer if always greeted with nodding heads of understanding and agreement. The Third Zone is the area we create in an organization that bridges the gap between the dream of desired achievement and the reality of performance. Although the description of The Third Zone resonates with so many prospective and actual clients, it first resonates with all of the esteemed coaches who have been selected and who have chosen to be a part of our organization.
