Welcome to The Three Cs! We are a Johannesburg-based, people-focused consultancy that operates globally. We specialise in executive coaching, building cultural competence and enabling collaborative outcomes. Our bespoke services are tailored to client needs and client goals. COACHING Our coaching services include executive coaching, team/group coaching, bridging the gap coaching (for new leaders), Leadership Circle Profile assessments, Immunity to Change facilitation and Listening and Learning Circles. CULTURE Our building cultural competence workshops focus on achieving optimal results in areas such as diverse team dynamics and performance, managing across geographies and cultures, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, team and organisational culture development, internal and external stakeholder engagement and inclusive leadership. We are one of a very small group, worldwide, certified to use The Culture Map© and we offer workshops based on Erin Meyer’s research, which is outlined in the book of the same name.
