Vision Reduce Heart Disease and cardiovascular disease in Australia. Mission Statement Every person in Australia deserves adequate access to education and services that will prevent heart disease. Charitable Purpose To raise funds for services related to heart disease and cardiovascular disease. We want to help raise funds for related services to help people access support to reduce and prevent heart disease and cardiovascular disease. Our funds will go towards supporting other services who will promote or run activities relating to the prevention of heart disease or managing the conditions and effects of heart disease and cardiovascular. Our Aim Is to spread knowledge of a healthy heart, awareness of the signs of being at risk of heart disease, promote healthier alternative options and support local and national organisations that run programs and education of heart disease and the prevention of heart disease. Our Key Demographics represent the areas of Australia that have higher rates of heart disease than the general population. The four key areas are: people low socioeconomic areas, rural and remote areas, Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds & the Indigenous population of Australia. Ours Funds will go towards supporting communities to establish programs or ideas to reduce heart disease and cardiovascular disease
