The Thrive Networks is a nonprofit organization based in Colorado Springs, dedicated to advancing economic mobility and community wealth by empowering individuals who face systemic barriers to opportunity. We believe entrepreneurship is not just about business—it’s about confidence, leadership, and long-term stability. Thrive delivers free, high-touch programs that combine personal development, financial literacy, and business incubation to help participants move from survival to sustainability. Our programs serve individuals who are often excluded from traditional economic development systems, including women, people of color, parents, low-income residents, and individuals with criminal justice involvement. By centering dignity, equity, and lived experience, Thrive helps participants unlock their potential and build futures rooted in ownership and purpose. Our core programs include: Baseline Personal Development Program – foundational life and leadership skills Entrepreneur Incubator Program – business planning, launch, and early growth Alumni & Post-Incubator Support – mentorship, advanced training, and networks Entrepreneur Accelerator Program - Business planning for scaling for existing, stable local businesses Our impact extends beyond the individual.
