The Trainer On Retainer

Welcome to Jean Franzblau Consulting, LLC With my background as a learning professional and business owner, I bring a unique bundle of skills to my clients. As a seminar leader, I've presented in nine countries for up to three hundred people. As an instructional designer I've created classroom and online experiences exploring customer service, communication, stress management, leadership and much more. And as a small business owner, I've developed staff, implemented marketing strategies, landed sales and interacted with the press. I've worked in industries including law, biotech, entertainment, technology, non-profit, government, health care, recruiting, hospitality, education, financial services and real estate. I received my B.A. with cum laude honors at UCLA in Communications and Business Administration, completed the Train the Trainer course with the Association for Talent Development and served on that organization’s Los Angeles board. For the past several years I've worked on a contract basis with Amgen. My work there will be ending soon which means I'm on the hunt for my next adventure.
