Welcome to The Tribe, where fitness meets energy and movement meets sanctuary. We are not your average fitness studio. We are a team of three friends who came together during the lockdown of 2020 to channel our energies and create something unique. Our trio consists of a mixed martial arts and movement practitioner who received training at the Shaolin Temple. We also have an ex-professional footballer who comes from a legacy of fitness pioneers. Last but not least, we have a multidisciplinary fitness coach and dancer who has created her own unique form of "Dancexercise." At The Tribe, we believe that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about mental and emotional well-being.
