A University of Michigan MBA graduate, Maria has in-depth training in marketing, market analysis and strategic planning. Her 15 years of cross industry, corporate and consulting experience in strategic planning and marketing, include the banking, pharmaceutical, and hospitality industries. Maria’s interests in the real estate industry began as an investor in Miami in 1990. Soon after, she obtained her broker and appraiser licenses, and also founded a niche market brokerage focusing on investors and developers across the spectrum of price and product type. Accurate valuation and market knowledge together with innovative and targeted marketing, resulted in success for her clients and her business; annual sales exceeding $100M. Most recently Maria has managed the operations and marketing of real estate assets for a land developer and an investor owned, high end vacation rental business. Having lived in all four counties on the southeast coast: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin; has enriched her understanding of the market trends and demographic movement among these luxury coastal markets.
