The Troubleshooters

A task force of experts who fix businesses in trouble. The idea for The Troubleshooters came about after years of running our own businesses and supplying our specific areas of expertise to our clients. Separately, we often found our clients were struggling to understand areas of business that were so far removed from their own expertise, that everything was suffering. Together, we discovered we all had the same attitude to this problem - work closely with the business owner to examine each and every troublespot, break it down, rebuild it and hand it back. From this hands-on experience, talking to various bodies connected to the world of business and further research, we pinpointed the problem areas that all businesses are prone to. Whittling them down, we were able to formulate a plan to work with the owner, confidentially, to identify and solve their problems and give them a viable, refreshed and revitalised model for their future. The main areas that business owners find problems include: Finance, Tax, Contracts, Compliance, Staff, Customer Service, Development, Administration and Marketing. Because we work as a team, our areas cross over, so our expertise, experience and objectivity allow us to truly find the best way forward for you and your company.
