The Two Foundation

The Two Foundation is a 501c3 non profit that provides real work experience to individuals exceptionalities. Our mission is to provide job placement, job coaching, and support in the local work place to individuals who are mild to moderately cognitively abled. The Two Cafe and Boutique is our premier training ground. Our staff is fully integrated and we focus on our job seekers learning on the job training, learn how to self advocate and self regulate their behavior. Once the job seeker completes the Two's training program, we assist in finding a job for them within the local community that is fully integrated, and one who joins us in celebrating their strengths. We job coach the new employee and give the business partners the tools they need for their new employee to be successful.
