A youth development platform woking with under represented children and young people to support them in achieving their educational and personal goals. We believe to create long lasting social change you need to engage with young people much earlier in their educational journey. Our mission is to see under represented groups thrive across all sectors of business but particularly the creative industry. We believe representation matters if you want to inspire diverse talent and we focus on sharing knowledge from an authentic lived experience. With our support we aim to help young people understand their cultural capital and how it can be used to create a positive narrative both internally and externally. We collaborate with educational establishments and businesses to deliver workshops, coaching session and talks.
