TVA offers a wide range of services covering valuations for both Open Market and Replacement Cost purposes, GRAP 103 and IFRS compliance for fixed and Movable Assets, Risk Survey analysis, Purchase & Sale consultancy, Market rental determination for key assets and Asset Management services for the life cycle of assets. On the valuation side the Group covers Property/Buildings & Improvements, Plant/Machinery/Equipment/Technical Assets/Agricultural and Fine Arts and Antiques. The Group also specializes in Heritage Assets. Bar coding of Movable Assets including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is offered as part of the all-inclusive service offering. RFID is a new innovative technology used to automatically identify and utilize information on a tag attached to the item.
