If you would love to have that second set of hands, whether it is occasionally or on a regular basis, we are ready to get to work! We are able to accommodate your needs whether you need an assistant virtually or onsite. The Virtual Compass’ assistants operate as Independent Contractors. This means they provide their own office equipment and pay their own taxes and insurance. This allows you, the client, to avoid additional employee costs.
