The office is fully equipped with the high quality computers and installed software to handle and provide reliable and quality service to our client base. In addition to a primary high speed internet connection we also have a back-up connection from an alternative service provider. This is to ensure that uninterrupted internet connection is available at all times. To safe guard against unplanned power cuts we have a generator installed to provide emergency power. With a combination of co-working space and virtual assistants this provide a better collaboration of skills and knowledge. This provides not only space for your existing virtual assistants but offer the opportunity for them to work in a safe environment without the possibility of interruptions, both environmental and existing in the their home environment Each workstation is equipped with audio and visual equipment to make communications via Skype and other channels available to the Virtual Assistants. With scanning and printing facilities available to each work station. Privacy is ensured as each workstation is separate from adjoining workstations.
