As a designer, consultant, explorer, and storyteller, I am passionate about how brands bring their heritage and values to life. From visitor centres and immersive tours, flagship stores and museums, I’ve travelled the world, discovering how hundreds of brands create meaningful connections with the people who visit them. Beyond our guides, we also work directly with brands to design unforgettable visitor experiences — spaces where heritage, craft, and storytelling meet.
