Having full 3D models and construction packages to convey the exact facility design prior to build allows for fixed-cost labor bidding, further reducing cost over T&M construction bids, while also allowing your construction vendors to get a ‘jump start’ on construction through pre-fabrication opportunities before the drilling rig ever leaves the site. With supply chains having an ever-increasing impact on the industry, ‘standardization’ of your base facility design is good business, as it allows you to project long-lead-time components out well beyond a few facility builds. With the ‘modular’ facility design approach, we are so efficient in our process that we price our final deliverables on a fixed-cost-per-well approach.
