The Wasiyyah Group is an organisation set up to advise the community on issues relating to Probate and the administration of Wills and Estates, as well as other death related matters. We work alongside a number of other organisations to provide you with a range of difference services to cater for you Islamic needs. Wills & Trusts — We provide a service dedicated to helping Muslims who live in countries where Islamic law is not recognised to prepare for their death by leaving a Will that is most pleasing to the All Mighty. Probate — We are able to give you advice on how to manage the estate of a deceased relative. Counselling — We provide counselling services helping Muslims deal with bereavement.
