I'm an "Extreme Weight Loss Transformation Expert and Food Addictions Specialist," Life Purpose Coach, Professional Speaker, Workshop Facilitator & Award Winning Author. I'm also the creator of the Weight Loss Transformation Program. I understand how tough weight-loss can be. I have nearly 20 years experience in training & coaching, & over the last decade of helping people, I have created a different type of program that is geared towards those who have tried everything; who are STRUGGLING WITH FOOD ADDICTION, BINGE EATING, EMOTIONAL EATING AND STRESS EATING during their weight loss journeys, & are in a lot of internal pain because of it. I help people who KNOW that traditional dieting and personal training absolutely won’t work for them – because the truth is: You don’t need a traditional diet or personal trainer – and that’s not what I do.
