The Well Spring Group

The Well•Spring Group is the parent entity including Well•Spring, A Life Plan Community and The Village at Brookwood, not-for-profit life plan communities located in Greensboro, NC, and Burlington, NC, respectively. Well•Spring Solutions is the home and community-based services branch of The Well•Spring Group. In March 2024, The Well-Spring Group and Brightspire (formerly The Presbyterian Homes) signed a binding agreement to merge the two entities and create a new non-profit parent organization to be known as Kintura. Kintura will begin operations once the IRS officially determines Kintura is a non-profit, at which point the merger agreement officially closes and Kintura operations launch.
