The Wheelhouse Collaborative provides early childhood education workforce support services and Engineering Mindset curriculum to early childhood providers and programs. Our Mission: To welcome and support all Early Childhood Educators on their professional journey through collective action and shared resources. To harness the potential of every person who desires to make a difference in our young children’s education and development. It is our top priority to provide a space or “vessel” that is welcoming, organized, and relevant to ECE practitioners of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We offer alternatives to full-time teaching as well as high-quality training to support the ECE workforce. As the logo suggests, we are committed to inclusivity and equity and believe that everyone deserves a “seat at the wheel” as we chart our course together.
