Initially focused on the Alternatives Industry, The Wilton Group’s client base has expanded considerably over the past decade. We responded to the demand for private wealth management services by developing a deep network of top tier candidates in this space. Working closely with Miami-based private wealth management firms enabled us to expand into the Latin American market, now an area of considerable expertise. The Wilton Group anticipated our clients’ need to expand legal and compliance functions as a result of increased regulations and our clients continue to benefit from our broad resources in this area. We have also become a trusted source for senior placements in the Asset Management Industry. Our newest initiative focuses on early stage investing in new technologies for financial services. Today, The Wilton Group provides executive search services to some of the world’s largest financial institutions while also serving small and mid-size private wealth management firms and family offices.
