Welcome to The Wise Wellness Coach by Lyn Haffenden. As an IIN accredited Health and Wellness and Hormone Health Coach and an Amen University accredited Brain Health Coach I help organisations, teams and individuals get Brain fit for work and life by building healthier Brains, healthier bodies and sharp memories at any age! My passion for Brain health started in 2016 when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and it became obvious to me that while I understood plenty about how to keep a body healthy, I understood very little about how to keep a Brain healthy. In 2017 my Dad passed away and my passion for understanding the Brain and how to keep my Brain healthy and avoid Dementia became even stronger. Fast forward to today and I have taken this passion and combined it with my 30 years experience coaching and training in the corporate sector to become a Brain Health Coach. As The Wise Wellness Coach I offer two Brain Health Coaching programs that are designed to help you or your employees create healthier Brains resulting in better decision making, healthier relationships, more success and happier and healthier lives- Memory Rescue Program - Brain Fit for Life Program I also offer three programs that are designed to meet the specific health needs of women. These programs focus not just on Brain health but also hormone health and healthy ageing.
