The Wood Fire Kitchen

Australian social media entrepreneur and radio personality, Jac Bowie, and American food writer and cookbook author, Michael Sanders, propose to create, together with Buschbeck’s help and input, the first cookbook celebrating the Buschbeck brand of outdoor grills/fireplaces. The Wood Fire Kitchen would begin with Buschbeck-curated content on tips and tricks on how best to use the Buschbeck to sear, roast, bake, and grill. The 200+ page book will be filled with gorgeous images of all kinds of dishes shot in situ with the Buschbeck and 80-100 recipes. This first book will be in English and written for the North American, UK, and Australian/NZ audiences. Its retail cover price will be $35US/$60AU/30-32€/20£. There is every possibility of creating books in other languages-and adapted to other audiences-where those markets justify the effort.
