The spectrum of content services offered by the company includes but may not be limited to text- based/written content and visual content including graphics, audio-visual content including GIFs, videos etc and even audio content such as podcasts. The scope of content services offered by the Word Salad includes but may not be limited to understanding the specific requirement of the customer and his/her intent behind procuring the service in alignment with his/her business goals, consulting the customer for possible tailormade solutions, research and analysis to build out a content strategy, delivering the requisite pieces of content, editing and/or, proofreading to ensure zero error, advising the customer on content marketing strategy, making data based decisions for the performance of the content either online or offline and deploying the entire cycle again to meet strategic business goals. The Word Salad is adept at bringing out the voice of the customer through the content delivered in a manner that is best suited for the business requirements of the latter. The Word Salad is also capable of, and willing to undertake any service in full or part of this value chain, however, the liability for the quality and performance of the delivered content piece will be limited to that specific activity/ part of the value chain itself.
