Work might suck sometimes. But company culture doesn’t have to suck. I believe that working in an uplifting work environment should inspire us to jump out of bed in the morning. 🤩 And that starts by treating your employees as human BEINGS - not just human doings. 🧘 The mission of The Work Happiness Project is to humanise the digital work environment by connecting remote teams stronger than wifi. So that they can work from anywhere while still feeling connected to everyone. I believe when companies serve as a springboard, not a burden, for employees to express themselves, they allow them to unfold their fullest potential - personally and professionally. By helping employees to supercharge their own batteries first, so they will be able to give more to others and eventually create a positive ripple effect into every area of their lives and everyone they encounter.
