We also provide coaching to become an effective managerial leader (what a leader needs to know, be and do). Our approach provides solid, well researched core competencies, to use immediately in your role as managerial team leader or leader of a project team. The Working Journey uses models for organisational models that have evolved over half a century and which clients have used for thirty or more years because the concepts have rigour, validity and are sustainable. They are the only leadership systems that are based on TIME and complexity of operation. A must for dealing with the global crises that requires real and deep change.
