In a yoga class with me we incorporate asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation supported with yoga philosophy; working on the musculoskeletal body, deep tissue, fascia, internal organs, the endocrine and nervous systems. Pranayama are integral part of yoga practice, these are breathing techniques. Yoga is a mind and body practice that supports your health and wellbeing.
